For nearly a decade, Julianne has earned accolades from clients, opposing counsels, and judges for her poise, composure, and preparedness. Her ability to represent her clients with an even-tempered tenacity is a strength that has led to her success in and out of the courtroom. Learning early on that being the loudest person in the room does not carry the day, Julianne attacks the opposition with creativity, finesse, and reason – not theatrics.

Julianne's previous experience spans from boutique firms to the AmLaw 200 where she represented clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies across the United States in commercial litigation matters, including business divorce, ownership disputes, oppression, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of restrictive covenants, theft of trade secrets, fraud and other business torts, post-closing disputes in real estate and corporate matters, landlord and tenant disputes, mechanics’ liens, foreclosure, and breach of contract disputes across numerous industries, such as tech, healthcare, construction, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, banking, finance, and real estate.

Julianne has always had a firm belief that her role as an attorney is not just to study and apply the law but also to be mindful of her clients' overall direction. Accordingly, Julianne works closely with her clients to maintain open communication and tailors her strategy to aid her clients in meeting their personal and professional goals, rather than to maximize her profits.

In Julianne's free time, she enjoys exploring Chicago's restaurant scene, tasting bourbons, hanging out with her dogs, and watching her favorite Detroit and University of Michigan teams. A longtime Chicago resident, she also finds herself rooting for the Cubs (so long as they are not playing the Tigers.)
